All living creatures rely on food to survive. No living thing can go for an extended period of time without sustenance. Humans have developed a strong bond with their food as social beings. Foods are related with a variety of human activities, such as ceremonies, businesses, travels, and work schedules, in addition to survival.

Human life is inextricably related to food. As a result, we've decided to dig a little deeper into food and eating, with a focus on the relationship between food and human health. I hope that readers would take advantage of this chance to analyze their own personal food habits and values in order to get the necessary understanding to maintain optimal health in accordance with our God's will and purpose.

God has graciously provided us with a wide variety of foods, and we should be grateful for their provision. We should also be grateful to God for blessing us with so much food, which we should eat in order to live for his glory.

Good diets are especially vital for newborns and children to feel well during their first few years of life, which are crucial for growth and development. Physical growth tends to halt after the first five years of life, until about the age of 8 to 10, when growth becomes rapid again throughout the adolescent years. Development slows dramatically after puberty, but it continues for a while until around the age of 20 years, when almost infinite growth stops. From this point forward, no new cells are produced to help the body organs expand and gain weight. Any subsequent weight gain is due to weight gain induced by a rise in the size of fat cells, rather than renewal in terms of adding to the nuisance to the body. This growth, to a certain extent, can be helpful to the individual. Uncontrolled increases in the size of fat cells, on the other hand, could spell doom for the individual as a result of a range of disorders linked to excessive fat buildup in the body system.

Most persons between the ages of 20 and 40 are quite active, lively, and nimble. Their degree of physical activity demonstrates their ability to efficiently burn body fuel, which primarily consists of glucose and lipids. However, around the age of 40, the body's metabolism slows down, and the individual's physical activities slow down as well. Physical activities wane dramatically for the average individual as they grow more sedentary, especially if they are endowed with riches during their holidays. They have taken on administrative positions that allow them to sit and oversee readers rather than being on their feet all day. With such prestige comes the possibility of greater disposable income and the capacity to eat delicate delicacies that are frequently not paid for by the individuals.

Unfortunately, at this point, any extra food that the body does not require for energy or tissue repair is turned to fat, which tends to clog blood vessels and reduce the efficiency of blood circulation in the body. Also, the increased fat in the body puts greater strain on the heart, which must pump more blood and nutrients while also tasked the kidneys with removing waste for disposal. Excessive weight gain causes the body to slow down and raises the risk of accidents, among other issues.

This is how far I will go today on food and nutrition. See you next time.
