How to develop self confidence
What is self confidence :-
Self-confidence is getting stuck in your head, your mind playing different roles, subconsciously testing your ability to put yourself in other people’s shoes, but what are you concerned about? Do you feel good or insecure? Do you truly enjoy life, or do you feel like you are wasting your time? Does that insecurity start to motivate you or make you feel like you have to achieve an almost impossible goal? More than 80% of successful people are very anxious, and I am not talking about people with anxiety in work, but rather on the other side of the scale, in conversations with people. But what does “emotionally anxious” mean? Nobody knows, but what is often interpreted as “emotionally anxious” to others might be situational or a choice.
Self-confidence is that invisible thing which still ends up being internal to us but is part of who we are — we believe that we are good enough, that we should be able to do something better than most, but we often find that people around us have more confidence in themselves and believe more in themselves.
Maybe you haven’t been able to let go of your fear that you haven’t accomplished enough for who you are, but it is very much the case in a majority of our lives. If you have, you might be suggesting that you, yourself are not a good enough person to be successful, and most of all that you need to achieve more. This is quite the opposite.

However, what does self-confidence mean to you when you are truly confident? Anxiousness is defining who you are, what you believe to be good enough, and, what you expect from others. As I think about myself, the person I think of, I feel what helps me to gain self-confidence. I don’t want to spend my life spending time doing things that don’t really matter to me, doing things I feel okay doing, not doing something interesting that has the potential to be very interesting or fun and, not seeking ways that I can get better. I expect to lose weight, and don’t want to be talked into going to the gym. I am really interested in pursuing goals that are worthwhile.
Another of the things that people with low self esteem have can be their tendency to hide their talents. The aim of individual training in this area is to give individuals the confidence to meet their future goals.
According to O’Connell, “Human beings learn self-esteem in various ways, and subject matter, such as modelling, clothing, and certain situations determines how good self-esteem we receive” (2006). This is a reference to the fact that human beings learn self esteem in different ways and depending on the environment we are in. By taking into consideration different factors, one can get different responses to the question and in this way determine self esteem.

Self esteem also implies being able to motivate others to meet their goals. One of the ways how you can motivate yourself is to change the way you look or to improve your self-image. This is something you can do alone. But imagine as a group, such group of people who are working together on a project, it is more likely that more self esteem will be achieved. This is one of the ways I used to motivate my family members to complete the wish of the school.
Self esteem is the best feeling in the world when you are self sufficient. One good way to become self confident and to improve your self esteem is to always do what you are great at and what makes you not so smart as you are seen by others. I cannot tell you how many times I do the same task, I like it so much that I have made a different career out of it. My hero has become me. I am happy to have learned something and developed my self esteem.
Another area in which you can improve your self esteem and make people trust you is to change the way you see yourself, the way you look, the way you think you are as well as your personality. These are things that are easy to change as a result of motivation and self-confidence, these things are often negative in the nature of self-esteem or self-worth. Therefore , I tried to change my self esteem to make others follow me, to follow me, to have follow me and to cooperate with me. As I’m training to face many different challenges, developing self-esteem would make me face even more challenges.
I would even find it more difficult if I develop self esteem in the future due to the fact that now I would need the help of others. To increase self-esteem, it is important to do many different things. With self esteem comes confidence. More self esteem leads to higher goals and more success. This is why people usually try to improve their self esteem by doing many different things.
Self-esteem can and should be increased every time you take away the self-limiting beliefs by controlling the things that affect you positively, becoming a potential leader, positive leader, and this will give you confidence in everything that you do. Whatever the object or career you want to succeed, if you have self esteem, if you are qualified for the job, then you will be successful. You will be able to perform the tasks that you need to complete.
Benefits of being a self confident person :-
For the past fifteen months I have been self-conscious about my height. I am a careful listener, I do not refer to myself very often, but I know all the benefits. We all make mistakes in life. You fail a class. I think my biggest disappointment and regret was that I was slighted in class. At the time I did not understand myself. I didn’t work the concepts by eye. I was jealous of my classmates. I lost interest in class and I was always choosing to sleep because of my need to hide my real self. Due to the things that happened in school, my confidence started to dissolve. The thing that broke me down was that I tried to hide everything from myself, I had to hide that I was tall. I became withdrawn; the way that I was flitting between two identities, the one I wanted to be and the one I was ashamed of. As my self-esteem plummeted I started to rely on others. I became more self-conscious as my classmates piled on the insults. Sometimes when I was afraid to walk, I would just push myself into a corner, where I began to notice that I was crying. My clothes would hardly fit me. I did everything to hold myself together, I got into programs at the school where you learn to dress comfortably.

I figured out that I have poor self-esteem, and I have to treat it like a disease. This disease puts me at a disadvantage. Once I find the correct approach to tackle my self-esteem issues, I can become confident in myself. My self-esteem can cause me to miss out on my studies. Yes, I could be insincere when I brag to people; I see this behavior as way of preserving my self-esteem. I know that I do not have “exhausted self-confidence”, but I think that I have more than most. I know who I am. I know how to express myself. I know what type of behaviors I should project. I know I am intelligent enough to handle a variety of social situations. In addition, I know my strengths and weaknesses. I also know when to fight, and when to stay quiet. I also know how to portray myself. The self-confidence I had acquired in middle school is a positive strength. Now that I am in the high school, the self-confidence has eroded. I have only the pride and insecurity. My characteristics are not attractive to the society, and I am not bright. I do not know where to find my perfect match. I see myself as a victim. My parents do not see me that way. They love me and let me loose myself. The problems that I face are my responsibility.
I wish I could be a happier, more confident person. However, I do not have the capacity to be such a positive self-image and that is where the growing sense of self-esteem comes in. Self-confidence is a complex concept. In general, people have different levels of self-confidence. I have low self-confidence because I do not allow myself to be naturally attractive. I want to be accepted and pleasant. I do not want to be malicious, and I don’t know how to stop that. When I listen to somebody who can connect with me on a deeper level, I have more confidence in myself. I am not lazy, because I am motivated to achieve my goal. So in short we can say that self confidence is the key to happiness.
