THE DAIRY GAME (MY FRIDAY ACTIVITIES-ELECTION DAY) 18/06/2021

Hello lovely people, hope everyone is good and strong by God's Grace. I pray the Almighty Father continue to bless us and answer all our prayers. I'm here just to share with you lovely people how I spent this friday( ie 18th June,2021).

I woke up very early in the morning at 5:00 am. Thanked the Almighty God for taking care of me throughout the night. I then went to brush my teeth and had my bath. I quickly went to a nearby bakery to buy bread for my breakfast. The weather was very cold in the morning so I needed to prepare a very hot tea. I enjoyed my tea and relaxed for a whlie.

Today was the day set aside for the engineering college to elect their new executives for the next academic year ( ie 2021/2022 academic year). Due to this elections, we had only one lecture in the morning. The rest of the day was used for the elections. So at exactly 11:00am the voting begun. There were so many students at the election centre ready to cast their vote for their favourite aspirants. The electoral commission had already setup the place for the elections. Though the electoral commission had told the agenda team not to campaign on the day of the elections but they refused. Campaigning was still ongoing, people moving to and fro, shouting out names of their favourite aspirants and others.

Exactly at 5:00pm the elections came to an end. Within an hour, it was now time for the results of the elections to be declared. The electoral commissioner then declared the results. People after hearing the results started jubilating. Others too were sad.

Right after the elections, I went to the market to buy a Tshirt. On my coming to my hostel, I bought some kenkey and fish as my dinner.

Though the day was somehow stressful but I enjoyed it.
