Silent Hope

By having more money you feel proud.

That's why in front of the poor people, Your voice becomes loud.

Hey rich, If poor want help don't shout.

You don't know what is a Hunger but they have seen it.

Charity doesn't make a man greater.

Beacuse its known to us that a vile thing may glitter.

Searching for food whole days, finally they get only water.

If rich felt pity upon the poor, their life would be somooter.

Poor always suffer, none takes their care.

They try to ask help from rich but get fear.

Their heart cries for foof but unfortunately none hears.

Hey blasted rich! see profoundly, try to understand meaning of tears.

At your torture remaining calm they want Justice.

Give them a dime thing they won't reck of its price.

If you clasp them in your thorax, It will be their surprise.

Offer them a hut smilingly, they will take it as paradise.

This is a very poignant poem. It comes at an interesting time for me.
Yesterday, My fiancée and I paid for a Nigerian friend to have an apartment for a year. We were very proud and happy to help. Our friend, his name is Obabukunmi, or Oba for short, appreciated it very much.

We will continue to give Oba financial support to that he can eat and have clothes even when others refuse to pay him for working for them— which they often do.

Thanks for the post!
