All men are created equal|| Justice with all human beings !! A Motivational and informative eassy by @zeeshan4t

"All men are created equal ". This phrase is written by Thomas Jefferson in 1776. Basically it declares that all men regardless of caste, colour, creed, race, social and financial status, family background, and cultural values are created equal to one another. They must follow the same laws and in return must gets same rights as a citizen. They are free to make their decisions and also free to live their lives in the way they like to live. It also means that all men are equal under the authority of God they must obey orders of God. So, this statement is perfectly true and logical that all men are equal in all ways. In the 14th Amendment the equal protection clause is present which states that a state must treat all of its citizens equally, Which means that a state must not discriminate among it's people on any basis all of its citizens must gets equal advantage and equal human rights.

In educated countries all men gets equal rights they pay equal taxs and in return the state provides them equal rights equal opportunities to work and move forward. State provide protection to all of its citizens no matter someone has a good financial status or is weak financially. While in some backward countries all men don't receive equal rights they are treated in the society on the basis of their financial status and their power. In these countries a powerful man can do each and every thing his heart say to do while a poor and weak person even can't do the legaly allow things freely. The society and the state only gives authority and respect to a powerful person such states don't ever move forward because of their injustice and inequality.

Many personalities disagree with this statement that all men are created equal . In 1948 Richard M Weaver prephrased a writer of the 19th century. He states that "no man was ever created free and no two men were ever created equal" he further argue that all men are different in many aspects so it's not right to say that all men are equal . There are some basics human rights and all men by birth receives these rights equally so, no one can deny of this fact that all men are equal. Laws are also same for every human and the punishment on not following the laws is also same. Facilities and benefites provided by the state are also same.

As we all are born in the same way as all other humans so until we obey all the laws which are made for our betterment and also for betterment of others, we must get equal rights. But when we see the history of humans we must know that in every time period there are certain groups of people who are not treated well thery are discriminated on many basis for example on the basis of skin colour in many countries white people are preferred and black people are descriminated they don't get equal rights , in some other cases people are also discriminated on the basis of their political views. Gender base descrimination is also very common on job places, its not ethical at all all the genders on their job place gets equal rewards if they perform equal duties and work in equal working hours

Humanity is the most powerfull religion it always comes first so as a human being it's our duty to serve others independence Is the basic right of every human on earth, every person is independent in decision making every person can live his life in his own way no one has the right to tease or bother others, and in the same manner a state must provide all of its citizens with basic human rights equally. No one is prioritized or descriminated in this way a society or state become peacfull and grow faster.
