My memorable day eating fish:
Friends As usual i got up early in the morning. First of all i cleaned my teeth with tooth brush. After that i take ablution and then go to mosque for fajar prayer. After that i recite the Holy Quran then I came back home. The beginning of the morning is very beautiful.Then I have a small garden where I planted each seed with my own hands and they are growing very well now. I am very happy. I was giving water to my small plants then i listen a loud noise of the boys. When i reached at the the door . Then i saw @mohammedsajid my cousin was present at the door. He says to me Zeeshan you are my best friend and also my cousin. My father is little ill. The Doctor said him to eating fish one time in month. Please go with me to take fish we will also eat fish. I say to him to sit in room and i came after changing. After 10 minutes i came and said to @mohammedsajid lets go.

On the Way:
We started our journey we decided to go head gulshair. The road was very comfortable. There was no stone at the road. The road was built new by the Government. After 30 minutes we crossed the city then we entered in a village area. There were many buffaloes was running at the road. I say to my cousin please slow the motorcycle. He says to me don't worry dear i know how to drive bike. He is a good driver he also drive car. Then i see a stone on which 16Km was written.

Baba Farid Bricks company:
When we were going on the way the i was seeing different thing all around the road. The scene was very beautiful there were many grassy plants were present at the road. Suddenly, i saw Baba Farid Bricks which was creating pollution. The smoked was going direct in the air. I say to my cousin please stop the motorcycle i want to visit this Bricks only for 5 minutes. He stops the motor cycle first of all me meet to the owner of the bricks which name was Haji Ijaz. He inquired with him how you make bricks with the help of people. He says to me go up on the bricks. There were many bricks were present. I saw a man which was working and baking bricks. I also see the furnace in which he was baking bricks an iron piece was covered this furnace. I also meet wich a man which was preparing fuel for bricks. The owner tells me first me make soft brick with clay then we throw it in fire and then i became very hard as like in picture.

Reached at Head Gulshair for eating Fish:
After little visiting of bricks company we reached at our goal. There were two river was flowing on this head. When i see this head i feel very happy. The head was little small but the management was very good. A railway line was passing in the middle of this head. A man was also seeing at the bridge to fishes. When i came near to the man a very big fish was in the net. A Fisherman came and close the net and catch the fish. Really the fish was very big.

Now i was feeling thirsty. Then i say to my cousin please go and take a cold drink. He go to near shop and take a cold drink and biscuits.

Select the shop for eating and taking fish:
Then my cousin say to me here is very famous shop for eating fish. I say to him please go on that shop. The name of that shop was Ikram fish shop. His fish is very famous at this head. First of we went to this shop and i asked what is the rate of fish. He says to me Rs.600 per Kg. I say to him please fry the fish for us and also take raita, salat, and cold drink with fish. He says to us please sit in the shop. I say to my cousin you sit on the table and i will see how they make fish for us.

Weight
First of all the fisherman weight the fish and told me its weight. Its weight was almost 3Kg. I say to him fry this fish for us. He says to us yes of course.

Cleaning of the Fish:
After weighting the fish the fisherman clean the fish and apply powder on whole fish to finish its smell. He clean the fish with the help of knife and divided it into small pieces and put the pieces in the water.

Spice up to fish for fry:
After cleaning and dividing into small pieces he spice up whole fish and put in the Ghee for fry.

Ready to eat:
After 20 minutes the fish was ready to eat. Shopkeeper says to us please sir sit inside the shop on table. I am coming to take fish,raita salat and cold drink and also catch up. I also taste the fish after cooking really the fish was very tasty. Then we sit inside the room the shopkeeper came and gave us fish and other things. Then i say to the shopkeeper for a parsal to take home.
I was also learned how to fry fish at home. Then we eat fish with full heart. Really the fish was very tasty.
