Good day to y'all....
I go by name @rucci and I'm the owner of the Kymco Sooner 50, favourite amongst my bikes...
Problem facing right now:
I'd a problem I'm fixing on the scooter righ' now and I'm here to also share with you..
I d maintain my scooter in my little understand. Last couple weeks my scooter stopped me on a road side with a knocking nosie, I push my scooter back home with hands. I removed the seat boot and was suspecting less oiling.. I disconnected the oil pipe going through to cabriator and the the one going through oil pump and found out the pipes were dry.. then it's done on me that either the Piston rings is wounded or something else..
I decided to open the cumbustion chamber and found out the Piston was scratched/wounded badly cos of lack of oil... It resulted me to changing new set of Piston rings, gasket and it's gum.
Today, I have gone for the top grinding and getting new Piston, as my scooter is still dismantled
Maintenance and lessons:
- Make sure your bike never run out of oil
- Check your oil guage
- Repeat 1&2.. to avoid unwanted expensive
- 2weeks mini.mum and maximum 3 weeks refill your oil
4.. don't forget your fuel is important - Don't take any noise for granted or
- Use a specific oil recommended for your scooter and don't change
- Drive safely
Conclusion:;
Maintenance is daily routine for your machines, to know how good or bad they are.
Before driving, make sure the condition of your bike is good enough.
