Colorful Dayflying Moth (Ophthalmis milete)

Dayflying moth (Ophthalmis milete) has a black abdomen with white ribbons and bright yellow hair on the tail, black and white hair on the thorax, and on the back of its head there is a bright yellow “collar” hair. The upper and lower wings are black, the upper wings have three rows of white marks, while the lower wings have two rows, the white mark or line is surrounded by blue. Has white cilia. It can fly and the aerofoils of the wings are wider than they first appear because they are furled closed at rest. Like I used to do when I dealt with little stuff, I managed to use macro device to get its detail which also took me some time to engage myself with focus. After several attempts, I was finally able to get a few photos of this unique and beautiful insect. Its appearance had attracted so badly to take a few shots from closer range, while it was a bit steady on the leaf.
