Jumping Spider on My Hand | 10% to shy-fox

in hive-144064 •  2 years ago

This jumping spider like to jump here and there, and rarely stay still. This time, it jumped on my hand and moved to the palm which then took me some time to get the focus. The thing I love about a spider is the eyes, as well as the most difficult part to get so I attempt to seek a proper focus on its head by getting close the extreme macro lens. As always, I attempted to take the front shots as I like to see its beautiful eyes.

Yeah! Taking jumping spider photos, we need to be patience of moving quite a lot. It jumps here and there and if you lucky, it will land on your hand. Unlike the other days when I shot jumping spider, it liked to make long jumps and sometimes it used its skill to block the macro lens which of course I had to spend time waiting for it to return to where it belongs.

The jumping spider belongs to the family Salticidae, in the order Araneae. We sometimes found this small jumping spider wandering on plants in eucalypt forest. It is transparent green in colour, with two big eyes and the orange marking on its head.
