Rooftop gardening has become a habit for many in leisure. We can turn the empty roof into a roof garden by ourselves. The roofs of Dhaka are quite large and open. So you can create a garden as you like. The childhood spent on the roofs of this city and the current leisure activities are now much greener and more lively. Some rooftops have flower gardens, and some rooftops have agricultural gardens.

Most roofs now have some sort of tree. Along with flowers and fruit trees, vegetable gardens have now gained popularity. Growing your vegetables is as much a pleasure as it is healthy. Today we will talk about the technique of making a vegetable garden at home. Choosing a tub according to the plant is an important aspect of gardening. While creating a garden on the roof, it should be remembered that the roof should not be damaged for the garden. Choosing a tub according to the plant is an important aspect of gardening. Roofs can become damp and slippery if tubs are not properly selected or placed. So it is better to keep the tub on the ring or on the brick. This allows enough light and air to pass through the bottom of the container and is unlikely to cause any damage to the roof. It is better to choose the plant for which you are most interested in growing vegetables.

Thousands of vegetables need to be cultivated in different ways. In the beginning, some vegetables should be selected that can be cultivated easily with little effort. You can choose perennial vegetables, some winter vegetables, spinach, or other leafy vegetables like collard greens, green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, radishes, coriander, red green chillies, coriander leaves, onions, garlic, sweet pumpkin, etc. Arrange the tub or tray so that there is a walkway in the middle. Also, there should be enough space between each tub so that it can grow immediately. It is essential to take these precautions to create a vegetable garden at home.

First, you need to understand some common plant diseases. Before starting a vegetable garden at home, consult an arborist or someone with experience and maintain regular contact with him. By doing this, you can openly discuss all the issues in case of any condition or symptoms of the tree. To keep the vegetable garden healthy, you need to take care of the vegetables daily. Manure or compost should be used to ensure they are getting the right nutrients. If the seedling becomes thick, it should be thinned.

Some seedlings can be picked up and transplanted elsewhere. Short-term vegetables are edible quickly. Insect infestations in vegetable gardens need to be monitored. You have to spend carefully if you want to start a vegetable garden at home. Don't buy too many seedlings. Be careful when using manure, compost, soil, tubs, or trays. Check their current status before using them. You can use unused plastic, bottles, buckets, and tub trays to reduce costs. You can find compost-mixed soil at any nursery near you. No matter the extent of your roof or balcony, you can grow vegetables there.

All you need is proper planning and implementation. Through vegetable farming, many families are now eating their own vegetables, and some are doing it as a hobby. Whatever the motive may be, it is undoubtedly a commendable undertaking! Which benefits the environment. Eco-friendly living should be the goal for all of us. In addition to keeping greenery on the balcony, many people keep indoor plants inside the house as well. The bottom line is that no matter how you keep green, it's important to spread green around you. Whatever size he is! Let life be evergreen! Leave a comment to share your opinion about a vegetable garden at home.
