Beauty of Creativity - Samosas and chicken rolls

Hello #BoC community!

Today, I decided to make something special for Iftar and prepared homemade samosas and chicken rolls. Cooking at home always brings a sense of satisfaction and nothing beats the taste of fresh food.

I started by preparing the samosa filling with boiled potatoes, onions, green chilies, carrots, qeema. After mashing everything together, I filled the samosa sheets carefully and folded them into perfect triangles.

For the chicken rolls, I marinated the chicken with spices and cooked it until tender. Then, I put the cooked chicken in the roll pati and rolled them neatly. Once everything was ready, I heated the oil and fried the samosas and rolls until they turned golden brown and crispy. The aroma filled the kitchen making the wait for Iftar even harder.

As the call for Maghrib prayer listen, I set the table with different foods dishes. Do the iftar with khajoor and homemade recipes. The crunch of the samosas and the flavorful chicken rolls was so tander and yummy.
