How are you all? I hope everyone is doing well. You have already listen about our proposal. Many are still not clear on how it will actually work and what is its main goal? Let's explain it simply. First, we need to understand why this is?

For a long time, there has been no innovation on this blogging platform. To keep up with the times, people's needs have to be understood and implemented. The endless potential of the steem blockchain is being neglected. An initiative has been taken to get out of this. The name of the initiative is Steem.DAO Reserve Fund.

The development of decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain gaming, decentralized applications (DApps), etc. will make the platform more acceptable and significantly increase usability. The DAO fund is used for various developments within the Steem ecosystem. However, there are many complexities and limitations in the process.

For example, suppose a group of developers wants to develop a game on the Steem blockchain. They will need funding for this. First, they have to submit a proposal, and only after receiving enough votes will it be approved and go live. However, crossing the return proposal stage requires overcoming numerous challenges. Activating a proposal itself is a complicated process long and tedious.

Overcoming all these complications to get approval and start the development process is quite a challenge. This tangled web of processes acts as a barrier to new developments on the Steem blockchain. The funds are there, but they are not being utilized properly. As a result, we are falling behind. Let me explain this with an easier analogy.

Imagine, there is a pond with plenty of water. Surrounding it are many farmlands where farmers will use the pond water for their work. However, it is not always possible for all farmers to transport the water to their fields through large-scale arrangements. As a result, agricultural activities fall behind. Now, an initiative has been taken where water is drawn from the well and stored in a water tank. From there, the required amount of water is distributed to the farmers on time. Now, the farmers can work comfortably and harvest their desired crops.
