Good evening steemians, I hope we all had a good day. I am fortunate to participate in this contest organized by this great community. I will be talking about what I have learnt from Steemit.
Steemit Community is an online platform that has transform my life in an incredible way. As a person, I can tell that there is an advancement in my performance in the area of writing. Even though I was passionate about writing before I join Steemit, I must confess that I was not that good.
Personally, Steemit Community made me believe in my best; they helped me to unleash my potentials I had and put them to work. They made me to discover talents and giftens which I knew not lies within me. There is a unique growth in my writing skills now and all thanks to Steemit Community who has been of great help to me.
However, there are times I felt discouraged about my writings on Steemit. When I started earlier my post were not voted on not commented on, I thought that no one care to read it because the content lacks quality and standard. But, at some point, my fellow steemians started encouraging and that really boosted my confidence to keep on writing and posting.
Consequently, the fear of failure was one of the things that hinders my growth in writing. I once thought that good writers are made through discipline and consistent practice,and that writing are meant for professionals and those who has attain some level of brilliance in education. But Steemit change my mentality about myself; I stop seeing myself as inferior, I stop belittling my potentials. Through Steemit Community I build up confidence to write and the right to express my passion.
The joy I have about writing is seeing people write me back telling me how blessed they are after reading my article. Before I join Steemit Community I was receiving no or less comment when I write and this reduce my zeal. It hurts when people don't commend your effort despite your input and stress. But Steemit Community is different; this is a platform that don't just commend and appreciate your work, but they also reward you for what you did. When people vote or comment on my post it gives me the conviction that someone truly commend and appreciate my work.
Steemit Community is not just an online platform where I will only post and get paid. It is a community where I can relate and socialize with people from different countries all over the world. This platform has given me the privilege to meet and interact with people from different country, race, language and personality. It helped me to break out from timidity, and has given me the boldness to build connections and relationship with other persons.
Steemit Community has being a great help to me in the area of finances. Sincerely, this is one of the main reasons why I join this platform. It gave made me to have this mindset that as long as I did a good work, I will be paid.
And for this reason I'll always be greatful for making me a partakers of this great community. My financial life have being boosted since I joined and Steemit Community has made me to be more of a worker even while am still a student because for every good work that I did, I am being paid.
CONCLUSION
I truly appreciate this community for giving me the privilege to write on this topic. Steemit Community has being a blessing to many which I happen to be one of them, and I will love to encourage those that are new to the system to see this platform as an opportunity to grow.
