My Introduction Post

Myself
Ola people! My name is Rachel. I am 20 years old and is currently living in the country that is called as "Pearl of the Orient Seas" or simply known as the Philippines. As a nursing student, life has always thrown me difficulties and tests which have made me cry many times in the dead of the night. However, despite the horror that these trials brought into my life, it actually made me stronger and braver than ever. I have also a brighter side of my life. My friends find me loud, noisy and funny sometimes. I have one friend who even called me as her 'happy pill'.

My School
Like I said, I am nursing student on level II. This course is a challenging one and you would not want to lose determination, dedication, and direction along the way because it's hard to lose focus and be swayed from your goal. Also, it is an expensive kind of course. But I'm blessed that in my country, there is this program which aids the students through scholarship. That is why even if the course is costly, my parents are still able to send me to school all because of the help of our government.

Likes and Dislikes
I am really fond of reading fictions and novels. Whenever I want to relax my mind and travel to another time, I would indulge in reading fantasy novels which would take me to another world and forget my reality. Aside from this, I also do drawing. Even though my drawing isn't as beautiful as others, I still keep on doing it because it relieves my stress and at the same time I enjoy it. I like to draw cartoons or faces of people and sometimes anything that comes into my mind. Now, I try to draw atleast one or two drawings a day. Lastly, there are times whenever I see something pretty or a scenery which attracts my eyes, I would take a photo of it. I am not good with camera angles but I do take photos just to keep that memory. In additional, to my dislikes, I am not a fan of making videos and uploading them. Even if it's just a 'for-fun' videos, I'm not into it.

Cryptocurrency Experience
Honestly, I don't know a thing about cryptocurrency and neither do I have experience about it. I'm still on the road to learning more about stuffs like this.

Posts Expectation
I have seen people here who shares their works like drawings of paintings, photography, crafts, and other stuffs. Sometimes, entertaining myself through these recreational activities helps relax my mind from all stress especially from school paperworks and requirements. Seeing other's works inspires me actually to keep on nurturing what is given to me and improve those which I am currently trying to enhance.

Posts I want to Create
I want to do the activities that entertains me and that makes me happy like drawing, even how plain and simple, and sometimes a little touch of photography. I want to share my works with them and see their feedbacks as through this, I can improve my skills in drawing and photography. Also, I hope that when I share my works to them, I'll be able to ignite inspiration and determination in them like how others have inspired me as well. Seeing other's drawings and captured photos is like taking a glimpse of the place where they live and as well as of themselves. Also, since this is a beauty in creativity community, I guess I'll also be sharing other stuffs that I'll be making aside from drawing and photography.

How I Know About Steemit
Actually, I learned steemit way back when I was in my high school years. Our IT teacher introduced us this platform and how it has become a blessing to him. That time I wasn't interested about it, but now that I'm in college, I thought of helping my parents pay my school fees through this platform. Though, I didnt know at first if my teacher has still an account here because we have never remained in contact for many years. But after a long search, I found his account. @cjclaro Sir! Thank you for sharing steemit, though it took almost 7 years before I joined. But thank you so much! (Sir, I studied in NMA btw☺️)

What I Want to Accomplish
I want that through this platform, I'll be inspired to keep on improving the talents God has given me and inspire others and motivate them to improve their talents or skills as well. Sharing the talent to the people here and pose as a good influence to them is one thing that I want to achieve. I want that my presence here in this platform has become a blessing to every one that I will encounter here
