Boosting My Breakfast with High Protein Diet

Good Day Everyone

Yesterday, I decided to add a high-protein boost to my breakfast. I cooked some eggs and mixed them into a dish of multi-vegetables. I’ve learned that our body needs about the same amount of protein in grams as our body weight in kilograms, so for me, at 67 kg, I aimed for a good protein intake.

With the eggs and veggies, I got around 15-20g of protein, and to cover the rest, I used my BPI protein supplement. I bought a 10 lb bag of BPI Protein in double cookies flavor, which tastes great! After my workout, I had a scoop in cold water for muscle recovery, which left me feeling refreshed.
