Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well. Today, I decided to make some fried potatoes 🥔. I went to the market and got a great deal 2.5KG of large-sized potatoes for just 150 RS. These were perfect for cutting into finger chips 🍟.
My wife helped by cleaning the potatoes and cutting them into perfect finger chip shapes. She prepared a batter using besan (gram flour) and added some corn flour for extra crispiness. Once mixed, we fried the potatoes to perfection in the new non sticky sauce pan.
I captured some pictures during the process, but unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures while enjoying them with ketchup and mayonnaise! 😄
