My photography about Mustard Flower.

Hello! Everyone hope you will enjoy a good health.
Today l tell you about Mustard plants.
The pretty yellow mustard flowers look confusingly similar to rapeseed flowers. Both plants belong to the cruciferous family, but they differ in flowering time, scent, and use. If the mustard is sown as early as May, or pre-sown on the windowsill from February, it will bloom between June and September and can be used as a decorative flower.

When the fields bloom yellow in fall, the popular mustard grows there. Here, mainly white and brown mustard (Sinapis alba and Brassica juncea) are grown, while black mustard (Brassica nigra) is rarely grown due to the difficulty of mechanical harvesting. Incidentally, strictly botanically speaking, brown and black mustard are not "true" mustards at all, since neither plant belongs to the mustard genus.
What does mustard plant look like? White mustard grows from 30 to 70 inches tall, brown up to 120 inches tall, while black mustard can grow up to 200 inches tall. The defining feature of this annual herb is its angular stem branched from above, which forms jagged stem leaves. In addition, mustard leaves are divided into petiole and oval leaf blade (which is the leaf area). The tip is mostly smooth to slightly serrated. The mustard flower forms four petals and six stamens - there is hardly any visual difference between rapeseed and mustard seed flowers. Thus the main distinguishing feature is the time of flowering: while rapeseed blooms early in spring, mustard flowers only in late summer into autumn.

Mustard flowers are hermaphroditic and self-pollinating, so they do not need another plant as a pollen donor. Pollination occurs either by wind movement or by insects that love to visit the flower. Mustard develops a deep root system, making it well suited for loosening soil, as a planting between crops or as a green manure. The seeds are formed in the pods and are about the size of a pea. You can either use them whole, grind them into a powder, or use them to make the herb's popular paste condiment, mustard
