I'm saying first of all that this is not a cooking recipe post because I think everyone can do less frying fish so I will try to explain why I cooked today.So friends, let's find out why I cooked fried fish today.
The fish you see in the picture is called hilsa fish in our area and it is our national fish and the biggest fun thing is that it is very fun to eat. I think those who have eaten this fish have a rough idea about it.Although the national fish where the fish was supposed to be readily available, but the picture is quite the opposite because this fish is much more expensive than other fish.Honestly, I think I was able to eat this fish after five to six months. Because the biggest thing is that it is very expensive. And we have to spend a lot of money to buy it. Didn't buy this for so long.However, during the temporary period, we saved some money and used the money to buy this fish. It cost us at least 20 dollar to buy this fish. And 20 dollar becomes our home market for at least 10 days a month. So it was a lot of extra cost to my husband. But my husband thought about my wish and bought the fish. It weight about one and a half kilograms.
So today was a rainy day in the morning when I cut the fish well and started frying it with good spices. Then it smelled different and my husband came into the kitchen with that smell. Anyway we had a great time and later the whole family ate khichuri together. Anyway it was nice to eat this fried fish on this rainy day.
