Today is Tuesday #bangladesh🇧🇩

To make asparagus bean potato curry,
you will need- potato, onion, ginger,
garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander,cumin powder, whole cumin.

the recipe ingredients

• 300 grams of Asparagus bean
• 2 potatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 tsp coriander and cumin powder
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 chopped tomato
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 dry chili
• 1 teaspoon of whole cumin seeds
• 4 tsp mustard oil

First, cut the Asparagus bean and boil it in salted water for three minutes.Cut potatoes and fry well with salt and turmeric. Now boil the cumin seeds, dry chillies and bay leaves in the oil.Now add onion, chopped potato, asparagus bean, ginger, garlic paste, salt, turmeric, green chili, coriander, cumin powder.Mix well with everything,then press with water and keep the gas down for some time.Now when it is boiled and spread, it should be taken down Now we have to serve the potato curry.
