Back again with me @Khairoel, and on this occasion I again share some macro photography of Rambusa or ermot (Passiflora Foetida) fruit. This fruit is also known by various regional names such as mini mariisah, ceplukan blungsun, senthiet, permot, knitted, kaceprek and timun padang.

Rambusa is one type of plant that is rarely known to many people because it often grows wild in the bush. The fruit is protected by a web of leaves which makes it look like a caterpillar, and discourages people from eating it.

And rambusa fruit also has benefits for our bodies, because this fruit contains a variety of nutrients that are good for health, including calcium, vitamin C, flavonoids, potassium, iron, phytonutrients, and others.

And if you want to consume this fruit, you should consume ripe rambusa fruit, or fruit with yellow skin, never eat fruit that is still young or unripe, because it contains toxins.
