Today, my husband returned home from the village with desi murgha meat. After that, we made soup, which turned out to be quite tasty.

Ingredients

Ingredients Qty.
chicken 1kg
green chillie 2
water 2 liter
Lemon 2 or 3
Cinnamon sticks+cumin Seeds+salt 1+1+1 tablet spoons
Black pepper 1 table spoons
Oil 4 tb spoon
Gingr, Garlic Paste 2+2 tablet Spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaSpoon
Onion 2
Tomato 2

Preparation
Now here is the step by step about this recipe.


Step 1


take mentioned qty onion chopp it , then add into pressure cooker as well chicken

Step 2


now I add green chilies, ginger garlic paste and tomato .

after this, I add 2-liter water, all spices and cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks,cloves mix them well, and oil.

Step 3

then i put the pressure cooker on the flame setting its timer for 30 minutes

Step 4

after 20 minutes off the flame, for garnish, we add coriander leaves, eggs, and lemon.
and this is the final looks
