Do you feel defeated?
Do you want to give up?
Here is a small poem to lift your spirits.🤗

Promises were made yet broken
Like meaningless alphabets, words were hung out to dry
Questions asked remained unanswered
The cry for answers remained unheard
Tears shade remained undried
Into a dark shallow hole her soul drowned,
Like an overweight rock in the middle of the sea.


Emptiness swallowed her whole
As her heart broke like a shattered glass
Alone she picked up the broken pieces
Alone she trekked through her dark mind
Screaming and yelling in agony.


He was the Judas that betrayed her,
The person that broke her heart.
He was the fox that had tricked her,
The murderer that ripped her heart out of her chest.
He was the snake that filled her once beautiful soul with venom,
The beast that devoured her.


Piece by piece she put herself back together
Step by step she drew herself from the darkness
It was hard but she did it
Not once, not twice, but over and over again.
Now she stands firm and tall,
Like a deep-rooted tree in the middle of a storm.
She may Weaver, but she won't fall
The ground beneath her may quake, but she she won't burge.
For she found sunshine in the rain.
