My post today is still about nectar-sucking insects, which are flower flies that are looking for nectar in the afternoon. I saw it fly among the clay flowers and the color made me want to take some pictures.

At first it was a little difficult to take pictures of this bright orange flower fly, because it kept flying here and there looking for flowers. And I continued to follow wherever he flew, until finally I waited on one of the flowers that I thought he would land.

From the literature, this flower fly or hover fly has a medium body size. Hover flies live and thrive in forest habitats, usually on the outskirts of forests or in open areas. This fly has the Latin name Epistrophe eligans from the Syrphidae family source
