At first, I was surprised to go there because of this, there are various types of fast food shops on the side of the road, but the crowd of people is very less. In the afternoon moment it was really incredible because in the afternoon moment many people in the place enjoy coming to this river bank to enjoy their beautiful moment. But I could see the number of people was very less and when I went some distance from it, there was a big garden next to a pond where a fair was organized and all the people gathered in the garden. I went there and I was surprised that so many people were there and there was a really festive atmosphere. Then we left the bike and entered the fair where many people gathered for the boat race which is traditional in rural Bengal.

Many small canoes have gathered in the river. They are preparing to participate in the competition. I am having a great time coming to a boat race this year for the first time. The water level in the current river is very low but this place has more or less water throughout the year. Moreover, a big tradition in our area is to organize a boat race in the river during the rainy season.
