I am Anupam.I am a citizen of Bangladesh.I did a vegetable and flower photography.The name of this vegetable is eggplant.It is a 12 month vegetable of Bangladesh.The scientific name of eggplants Solanum Melongena.These vegetables are used in cooking.These vegetables can be eaten in different ways.This vegetable is one of the most nutritious.Eggplant is a tropical perennial plant. It is often cultivated as mild or semi-hardy annuals in temperate climates. The stems are often prickly.White flesh is accompanied by purple and a spongy, "fleshy" fruit.Other varieties are white and long and round in shape.Its taste is incomparable.There are many types of recipes for this vegetable.This vegetable is used in different cuisines of India and Bangladesh. Eggplant is sweet, sharp and warm. Cholesterol, reduces fever, increases appetite and is easy to digest. It is also used to make eggplant paste, eggplant paste, and purple. Eggplant paste is very popular. This vegetable is a very tasty food of rural Bengal.

This is my little garden of vegetables.In this garden I cultivate eggplant.You can see two types of eggplant in my photography.Of these, green eggplant is suitable for eating.And the yellow eggplant is not suitable for eating.Because with this eggplant I will make seeds for my garden.I personally like this vegetable a lot.
