The rose is a well-known flower that is appreciated by modern people as a symbol of beauty and a symbol of love. There are about 100 species of roses in different colours. The shape and arrangement of rose petals have a unique aesthetic that attracts people.

People also enjoy the scent of fragrant roses. But rose has no smell of its own. Rose has no ability to produce fragrance. In addition to pink, roses are grown in different colours, such as red, yellow, white, green, etc. Meanwhile, various hybrid roses called "Garden Rose" are being produced, which can have two or more colours in the same flower petal at the same time.

In Bangladesh, a local species of rose (Rosa involucrata), along with various foreign species of roses, grows in the swamps of some areas of Mymensingh, Sylhet, and Chittagong. The rose flower naturally finds its place in mythology for its beauty. In Greek mythology, the rose was born from the blood of the feet of Venus, the goddess of love. An Arab legend has it that when a white rose is embraced by a nightingale, a red rose grows from the white rose's blood when it is wounded by a thorn.

The rose flower is not a symbol of beauty. It has many uses. Jam jelly is prepared from rose petals. Rose water is popular in Persia, China, and India. Rose water is used for perfumes. Various cosmetics are made using the fragrance of rose flowers. E.g., perfume, soap, etc. An aromatic alcohol-like substance called genariol is found in roses, which is responsible for their fragrance. The use of roses as an ornamental plant is notable. Oil is also produced from roses.

Everyone has a love for roses. We know the queen of roses and the many qualities of roses. Many people are in love with roses. I also love roses, so I want to take photos of roses and share them with you.
