Contest - "Object of the Week" #66 - Buttons

Hello, steemians. I am delighted to post my piece for this contest. Enjoy the read (technically)

The topic as it may simply express has many types of buttons diversified in colour, shape and size. But immediately my mind gave me the images of me being unable to find the button I “LOST” while washing my trouser. This was a few days back. As usual, I do I put my clothes in the washing machine and my wife collected them to dry them in the sun's rays. She noticed that my trouser had lost the button on the way. Oh, poor button who hold my trouser even without the help of the belt. He went through so much. He was there with me even in the sun, in the midst of thunderstorms importantly all the way from my university to my house. Yet he lost during the spin. Now I had to find out about the lost companion due to two reasons.

1. It may damage the washing machine.
2. I dearly miss the existence of the button.

I decided to dismantle the back of the washing machine, though there was a small problem I didn’t know how to open the valve that usually holds coins and buttons. So obviously I had to call my brother who is good with these things. He skillfully opened the valve. And there was my precious little buddy, resting peacefully with no damage. Relieved. To commemorate the reunion (of course I need a photograph to put here) I took a photograph. Here it is.

Finally, we men (no discrimination for women), should appreciate all buttons for holding one of the most precious cloth we wear. Thank you for having this contest @strecoza.
