Hi all.
How are you today, I hope we are all always in good health and all the activities we do today run smoothly. This time I will tell you about bananas which have many benefits for human health. The banana that I am sharing is a type of banana wak.
This wak banana is from my own garden at home. Earlier when I went to the garden, I saw that the bananas were already ripe on the tree. Because of the tree, I had to cut down the banana tree so I could pick the fruit. After I picked them, I took the bananas inside to store them in a safe place.
We can process bananas into various kinds of delicious home-cooked food, but we usually process bananas by making fried bananas, or processing them into timphan, which is the food of our Acehnese people.
