I do my film voice with good morning .Present my post my favorite flower sunflower a very beautiful and fruit flowers .It is one of those moon flowers that along with flowers, fruits also stock us.The fourth biggest troublesome crop of our area .It gives us benefits from roots to flowers .We use sunflower oil from its fruit Which proves to be very beneficial for health, we burn its wood and use it. For beauty, we plant this plant in our garden etc. Its crop is ready to ripen in about 100 days. Earlier we used to have enthusiasm for it, but now tell it and the paper it takes has increased its yield a lot.We used to remove its seeds from the flowers with sticks and hands, but now the machines for its harvesting are more, due to which it has been referred to air for much ease and yield. Its crop of 1 acre gives us seeds for about 40 to 50 .Its seeds are eaten with full salt, which will try to be very rich in protein, and it is hot in effect.
