When we gave up nuclear weapons, I felt proud of my country. When we reduced the size of the military, I thought it was a great thing because it would free up money for health care and education. But it doesn't work that way. You are not beaten only when you are feared and respected. Now my views and probably those of my entire generation have changed. I don't think we will ever believe in diplomacy that is not backed by force.

Stay healthy, physically and mentally - life goes on.
