After harvesting the wak bananas, I decided to consume them directly to try the taste. I cut the wak bananas into several pieces and ate them with great pleasure. The taste of ripe wak bananas is very sweet and delicious, making me feel very satisfied.
I also decided to share some wak bananas with my neighbors. I know that they will be very happy to receive fresh and delicious wak bananas. I feel very happy because I can share my harvest with others. Thus, I feel very satisfied and happy with the results of my wak banana harvest. I hope that I can continue to care for and harvest wak bananas with good results. My mother also processes banana wak by frying crispy bananas.
Mother starts by choosing ripe and fresh bananas. She then cleans the bananas and cuts them into thin slices. After that, mother makes a crispy dough by mixing wheat flour, cornstarch, and granulated sugar. She then adds water little by little to make the right dough.
Mother then dips the banana slices into the crispy dough, making sure all parts of the banana are coated with the dough. After that, mother heats cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, she then fries the banana slices that have been coated with the crispy dough.
Mother fries the bananas for a few minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy. She then removes the fried bananas from the oil and places them on a plate to remove the heat.
After that, mother serves the crispy fried bananas that are still warm and crispy. The delicious smell of fried food and the delicious crispy taste will definitely make everyone want to taste it.
