Hi everyone!
This is the 7th part of my series of writings about uncommon sea creatures. Today I would like to talk about the "Sea Horse" which is a fish. They don't have any scales rather it's a unique anatomical shape.

Instead of scales like other fishes, it has armored-like plates which so hard. For this reason, other fishes can't eat them easily.

The Sea Horses are ridiculously bad at swimming although they possess the swimming bladder. But still, they are poor at swimming and too slow in their movement. An interesting fact about Sea Horses is they can move not only forward but also backward, upward, and downward.

They can camouflage themselves according to their surroundings which helps them to protect themselves from predators. The Sea Horses can use their tails to anchor with the corals of the sea.

These unique creatures don't have any teeth. They feast on small fishes and plankton. their digestive system is also different from other marine animals.

Thanks for reading my post. Hope that you have learned something new. If you have ever seen this sea fascinating creature then comment below and let me know about it.😀

Best regards
