Hello, In times of colds we must include in our diet this root that brings so many benefits to our body. And since nobody is bitter for a sweet, what better way is there to take it than as a candy? 😋
It is very easy to prepare. Just have a little patience because they need two or three days of drying.
I'll tell you how I prepared them:
🌸First I put in the thermomix 250gr of peeled and diced fresh ginger.
🌸I have put a liter of water and I have programmed in my thermomix 30m/100°/Vel1/ Turn left 👈.
🌸 After this time I strained it. SAVE the broth!!!! It is brutal!!! I have used it mixed with curcuma infusion and it is rich, rich..... (PICA😅).
🌸Put the ginger back in the thermomix and now put 250 of water and 250gr of sugar.
🌸Program 25m/100°/ Speed 1/ Turn to the left 👈
🌸When finished, strain the ginger again and place it on baking paper on a tray. Sprinkle it (if you want) with a little sugar and let it dry for two or three days.
If you want you can coat the pieces in sugar. Besides they will be more delicious, it will help to preserve them better.
Put them in a glass jar and enjoy them 😋.
