I want to talk about a very nice recipe that I in particular love so much which is jollof beans,
Beans are great source of fiber, potassium, iron, magnesium, zinc e.t.c beans also health to fight fatigue and also it is good for diabetics patients though some people say that it cause gas but a lot of water can help you reduce gas
The main ingredient for jollof beans
I love beans but I love it particularly jollof let me show you my healthy recipe for preparing Wonderful jollof beans
- Beans
- Water
- Groundnut oil
- Fresh tomatoes
- Green peas
- Carrots
- Meat
- Onion
*Garlic - Ginger
- Salt
- Pepper
This are the main ingredient that I use in making this wonderful jollof beans and all of them have their Wonderful health benefits let's check them out

These helps to regulate blood pressure , it aids in digestion,it helps in weight loss
Groundnutoil
These is gotten from a plant Called groundnut and a well refined Groundnutoil helps to improve insulin in the body
Fresh tomatoes
This is a Vegetable plant and when taken all the time help to reduces the risk of getting stroke and it can also be eaten raw I love it particularly raw
Grean peas
These plant is very rich in magnesium, potassium and iron thereby reducing the risk of high blood pressure
Carrot
This helps the body to glow and it's also helps in the management of diabetes
onions, ginger and garlic
I put them together because they are the most wonderful and powerful ingredients that I love
Onions is very rich in vitamin and ginger and garlic are very good for diabetics patients and they also help to reduces alzheizer disease which is the diease if the brain
do you make them at home or get them from the market
Actually this ingredients can be planted at home so that one can be guaranteed of their safety but when you can't plant them you will have to get them from the market
how much does it cost to make a healthy jollof beans
The price of the product varies depending on location and market but it doesn't really cost much over here to prepare a pot of wonderful pot of jollof beans
In conclusion,jollof beans are very essential and it is advice that one should include it to their menu at least once a week because of it's health benefits, beans are also very good for diabetics patients and people with blood pressure
