Hello steemians,
In the next day, I visited Khadijat clinic hospital which is very close to my house, fortunately for me I see doctor one on one and I explained to him how I feel. He wrote one note for me and he said I should give it to nurse to conduct proper test for me. I gave it to the nurse, the nurse conducted the test with my blood sample, later on it was discovered that I have malaria. Doctor prescribed the drugs and he also explained how to use the drugs for me. But this year I just went to clinic for normal check up so that to know my health status, doctor pronounced that I am medically fit and he also said I should eat fruits at least twice in a week.
I keep my body healthy by doing the following:
• Every morning I will drink clean water with empty stomach so that it will enable me to flush away all the harmful chemical in my body, since they say water is life.
• I do regularly exercise in the weekend because weekend is a free day for me and I will use that opportunity to do exercise in order to keep my body fit.
• I eat a lots of fruit, fruits like banana, orange, cucumber etc. so that it will help me boost my immune system.
• I also eat plenty of foods that contain carbohydrate, protein, vitamins etc. This food will give me energy and strength so that I can perform my daily task.
May we never suffer from any sickness again, illness is not our friends, illness make our body weak. With sickness we cannot be able to do our daily activities, since that day I recovered from my illness, I will make sure that everyday I practice health habits. I will drink clean water after eating, washing my hand after I use the toilet.
Their is one health magazine that I bought from vendor, I keep reading that magazine from time to time so that I will keep on learn. I don't want to remember that day again and I have learn my lesson.
In conclusion, we should always visit hospital whenever we are ill so that we can receive appropriate treatment. Visit hospital will help us to regain our energy and strength.
