Receive my greeting, dear Steemians, in the Steemit Health Community. It is another week of the challenge, and we are treating an interesting topic that I am sure every user on the platform has experienced in one way or another, under the theme "The Mental Health of Content Creators." I will hereby take part, following the guidelines below.

How do you feel when creating content? Is it a pleasant experience for you or, on the contrary, does it generate anxiety and discouragement? |
---|
The creation of content does not make use only of personal knowledge in writing but also requires research for the accuracy of what we are writing about. There are many types of content, from dairy games based on our daily activities to contests based on themes and topics to creative writing based on the creation of content from our minds. No matter the type of content, you need to be creative, which reminds me of a famous quote.
Creativity is a combination of discipline and a childlike spirit.

The brain being the organ that controls the entire body, all other body parts are involved when writing content, and obviously the mind is included.
Content creation is very fun each time I am on my keyboard, for I am in my own universe, linking all my thoughts and emotions to express them to the outside world.
Another great thing about creating my content is that I can do it in a calm place no matter where I am. But the place I like being while writing my contents is at my place. I definitely like writing content.
Have you ever felt mentally exhausted by generating content on a daily basis? Tell us about your experience. |
---|
Content writing and creation need creativity and imagination; that is, your brain needs to be very active, but unfortunately, it is not all the time that you will be inspired because it requires discipline, leading you to a "blank page" state (a state where no matter what you do, you lack what to write).
That reminds me of the time I was a newbie; I was so motivated to create at least two posts a day while still in school. I usually come back from school very late and start writing my content, but at the end I find it difficult because I succeeded in creating only one, and as time went on, I was creating one post every two days. I was exhausted mentally and could not cope.

Also, most people have side jobs apart from content creation that literally exhaust them mentally before the beginning of the process.
What do you feel when your content is not valued as you expect it to be? Does this affect you mentally? |
---|
I will start with an analogy. for those who are hustlers like me. I remember one period when I was so broke that deciding what to eat was difficult. So one day I was in my room, so tired from hunger that all I could do was sleep. Suddenly, my phone rang, and it was one of my friends who owed me money (for a drawing that I realized) who deposited money in my mobile money account. I was so happy that I immediately went to buy something to eat, and of course that motivated me, just to say that it feels good when your work is valued.
When my contents are not valued, I feel bad, so bad that it causes me to give up because it affects me mentally. Yet there is an inner voice that will scream, "What are you doing ?" "What about the goal you set on Steemit?"
It feels great when you are valued, and it motivates you a lot; of course, inspiration overflows your mind, and you feel boosted.
What would be your recommendations for a content creator to keep a healthy mind? |
---|
The recommendations that I will suggest are:
- First of all, set a goal on Steemit. That will help you to find the motivation when you are not valued enough. Not only Steemit but in other domains; always set goals and objectives
- Secondly, have regular breaks and sleep. Your mind will feel better as a result.
- Have a walk and develop your observation skills; this will help you find some inspiration.
- Have a good surrounding and people who can guide you when you are in difficulties.
- more importantly, take care of your physical health by eating and drinking adequately.
I will like to invite @dilums, @thephotographer1, and @blessinwrites to also give us their thoughts.

Hello friend, thank you very much for your entry, all your recommendations are very valid, setting goals is important, not only in steemit, but in our life in general. Getting exhausted is normal and running out of ideas too, the mind always needs to rest and recharge energies. I'm glad you feel good about creating content, that says you are happy with what you do.
Greetings and have a nice day!

Saludos amigo.

I completely agree with you. Content creation can be both fun and challenging. It’s important to focus on creating quality content that we are proud of and not get discouraged by the opinions of others. You have written very well my friend @fonjougiresse. Good luck in the contest!😊

Una anecdota de tu vida que siempre recordaras cuando tu amigo te llamo para pagarte por un trabajo que para ti tenia un valor en cierta forma sentimental porque lo hiciste bien, eso lo reafirmo para ti el amigo que te pago. Saludos amigo fonjougiresse
