INTRODUCTION

Most times healthy living is underemphasized, some people usually develop habits that would destroy their health. Our health is very very important, we need health to enjoy every other thing on earth.

I was a type that didn't give more details to my health and how I can develop a healthy body and mind. But I had to work more on my health after I took a visit to the hospital. I went there for a check up and I saw the numerous things people pass through due to not living healthily.

This write-up will take its time to not only show my healthy living routine but also give a detailed information on how to live healthily everyday.

My Healthy Living Routine

Since my health is really important to me, every year, I make a schedule of how I will live a healthy life. The little habits we keep over time can either protect us or destroy us. To live a healthy life we must do and not only limited to the following:

1. Exercise Daily

I take my exercises very seriously. Exercises help to keep the body healthy. It gives the body the strength it needs and also makes it fit. I do morning fitness exercise 5 times a week, and play football twice a week in the evenings. I enjoy my football sessions too because it doesn't only make me fit but also happy.

I have an exercise app called home workouts that helps me to be consistent with my daily exercises. Remember to always exercise.

2. Sleeping and Resting

A lot of people work and work and work without thinking about their health. Sleeping or resting helps not only the body but also the mind. It makes the body relaxed, while also refreshing it.
I sleep in the afternoon for an hour and also 6-7 hours at night. I recommend that we rest after the days job, so the body can recover.

3. Balanced Nutrition

The food we eat is necessary for a healthy body.
It is very important that we keep check of what we put into the body. I do well to take a balanced diet into the body. I also make sure that my food is well prepared. The food we eat is a prerequisite for a healthy body.

Taking fruits 5 times a week is also what I engage on. Fruits are known to have vitamins and they help the body to be in great health.

These are most of the 3 things I do to keep my body healthy throughout the course of the week.
