Today i woke up in the morning early and first of all i took ablution and then offered prayer in thd mosque and recited holly Quran and then came back to home and after changing my dress i went to the garden for exercise and then i came back and had breakfast with my family and now i am with you to discuss our today's topic

First of all i would like to tell you that i am explaining everything in my own words whatever i learnt from my own experiences in my life
First i would like to discuss that how we gain extra fat then we will move towards remedy. There are many reasons to gain fat and now i am trying to explain the different reasons to gain fat.
First and most important reason to gain the fat is our diet plan because we don't see that what food is healthy for our body and what is unhealthy |

Ignoring our health we eat everything which gives us delight and which provides us taste and we don't think about the quality and number of calories in that food and we continue eating and then consequently we gain extra fat
HOW TO REDUCE BODY FAT
There are many ways to refuce extra body fat and now i am sharing with you in derail. First and most important way us our diet plan because diet is only thing which is the main source of the body fat so we should remain careful in the selection of our diet plan
We should eat the diet full of protein while losing the weight and should avoid from the food full of carbs |

Carbs is also the main source of body fat and we should avoid this food and we should also avoid from oily food and shouldn't take this food at any cost while losing weight and we should take fruits and salads of fresh vegetables
EXERCISES AND METABOLISM
The other step to reduce body fat is very important which is directly related to our body fat Exercise is the main factor to reduce our body fat because this is the only natural way through which we can burn extra calories in our body.
When we go for morning walk while we are famished then this is the best way to burn the fat because when we are famished and walking then our internal system directly burns our body fat |
