Today I woke up in the morning early and first of all i embarked my day with the name of Allah and offered prayer in a mosque near about my house and then came back to home where i changed my clothes and then went to samaa garden for morning exercise and now i am with you
WHAT IS METABOLISM
First of all i will try to explain metabolism in my own words and i hope you guys will appreciate . In order to understand metabolism first we understand energy and then we will move towards metabolism
Energy is something due to which one can do work or in other words we can say that ability of a body to do work is called energy |

Energy is necessary for our body to do work even we can't move without energy . Our internal system is also in working due to the energy i.e our heart , kidney , liver and other all organs can work due to energy even the process of dividing of celles and formation of other cells also required energy.
Our body gains this energy due to the metabolism and metabolism is the process by which our body converts food into the energy so in this way metabolism is very important process in our body because all the energy is due to only this process
HEALTH AND METABOLISM
Metabolism plays an important role in our body because our body needs energy for work done and for this purpose we eat food and the process of metabolism converts this food into the energy and in this way our body gains energy for further proceeding.
Metabolism is actually a natural process and this is different in different people and some people have naturally high metabolism and some have low metabolism |

Those who have high metabolism are lucky persons because they digest everything in time and never gains weight until they don't do over eating and their body remains slim and smart as well as active but those who have low metabolism cannot digest quickly and their bodies gain extra fat and become obese
HOW CAN WE INCREASE METABOLISM
There are many ways to manage metabolism but as i have already informed you that this is natural process and some people have luckily high metabolism and some have low metabolism but we can increase this by doing some exercises.
There are some steps to increase metabolism
Step 1 | adapt proper dietary plan and eat that food which provides you energy and protein |

Step 2 | Don't become a sluggish person and try to move quicly and don't remain in rest position for long time |
Step 3 | include morning walk in your daily routine and try to walk briskly not sluggishly |
Following above three steps you can increase your metabolism and then you can enjoy your life with high energy in your body but this is only possible when you use the muscles of your body on daily basis
