The Story of my Birth
It was a beautiful, sunny day in the small village where I was born. My mother had been preparing for my arrival for months, gathering herbs and materials to ensure a safe and healthy birth.
As the day progressed, my mother started to feel the first signs of labor. She called for the midwife, a woman who had delivered countless babies in the village and was well-respected for her knowledge and skill.
The midwife arrived and immediately got to work, preparing the birthing area with clean cloths and warm water. My mother was encouraged to move around and find a comfortable position, as the midwife monitored her progress.
Hours passed, and my mother's labor intensified. She breathed deeply and rhythmically, using the techniques she had learned to manage the pain. The midwife offered gentle encouragement and support, never leaving my mother's side.
Finally, after a long and difficult labor, I emerged into the world, healthy and strong. My mother held me close, tears streaming down her face as she marveled at the miracle of life.
The midwife carefully cleaned me and wrapped me in warm cloths, while my mother rested and recovered. In the days and weeks that followed, the village came to visit us, bringing gifts and well-wishes for the newest member of their community.
Although my birth was not in a hospital or with the aid of machines or technology, it was a beautiful and natural experience that brought my mother and I closer together. I am grateful for the traditional methods and the skilled midwife who made my arrival possible.

Experience with a Particular Pregnant Women
We all know that pregnancy is an incredibly transformative and exciting experience. It is a time of immense physical, emotional, and mental change. However, it can also be a time of great vulnerability and stress.
Personal experiences are some of the most powerful teachers we have. In my case, I have witnessed the transformative effects of pregnancy through the experiences of my two pregnant aunts. During their pregnancies, I observed how much support and care they needed from their partners and families. My uncles were incredibly supportive, helping out with everything from household chores to emotional support. Seeing how much of a difference this made in their lives made me realize just how important it is to support pregnant women.

Disease Inherited from Parents
Inherited diseases are genetic disorders that are passed down from one or both parents to their offspring. But I am lucky that I do not have any disease inherited from my parents cause my parents are fit and healthy.

Recurring Illness from my Childhood
I had to suffer a lot from chickenpox(2 times) in my childhood. I was studying in boarding school and I had to face many difficulties there due to this disease. Due to this disease, my body became very weak, I had to make a lot of changes in my daily intake, I missed classes for many days, I got chickenpox rash all over my body, my whole body was very itchy. Also, even after my recovery, the weakness continued for 1 week. And it was all a very bad experience. Even now there is still an effect of this disease in the body due to which I have paid more attention in body fitness and someday if I leave my regular workout mistakenly then I feels the problems in my body (e.g. itching, weakness, feeling not so well). I pray that no one should get such a disease and for this everyone should pay attention to their health.
