Today I am going to talk about health tips. Health is very important for all of us. It's an engagement challenge about my learning in pandemic.

There is a great lesson that most of the people learn as a result of this pandemic and lesson was to make the immune system stronger Before any antigen attacks on a person so I am going to tell that how much it is important to develop the immunity in yourself.

It is always said that Vitamin C is very important for making immunity stronger yes I agree that Vitamin C is very important for making immunity stronger but it should be used with proper care and should we take supplements or complete our Vitamin C from our diet it's a big question?

Nature has made the things in a very precise way.The things or the combinations that nature can forms no other thing can form these combinations. Foods in the form of combinations of different vitamins and essential minerals.

Nature have combined different vitamins together which are nonthless without each other. For example vitamin D dont absorbs in body without calcium.

Vitamin C that we obtain from market contain just the name of ascorbic acid and ascorbic acid is not completely Vitamin C. It's very unfortunate that most of the population don't know that Vitamin C is not merely ascorbic acid.

Basically Vitamin C is a combination of four compounds so thats the reason natural resources like diet is best for injesting vitamin C.

Black olives and lemons are the very richest sources of Vitamin C and according to the daily requirement of Vitamin C one black Olive and two large sized lemons are enough per day.

That's the great idea about vitamin C . I highly prefer the natural ingredents for gaining vitamin and protens rather than buying from market. Because market product does not contain the orignal things.
