The Control of Anger | Reward Pool of 15 STEEMthrough the community of #steemhealth. I was a nice contest through this contest so many peoples can get idea to to control the anger. Nowadays there are so many peoples are struggling by there angry. I also struggle some time to control angry.

What do you do when you are angry?

If I get angry then first of stop speaking with him/her at the time. If we talking too much then there is a chance to change a fight. I we stopped talking at the time. He/she will scold us and leave but my angry never leave. So first I will call my friend and told him to come near my home then we went to some where but we don't have destination. I start riding his bike. Because bike ride will relax me. If there is no possibility they Will start playing games. It will also relaxed me.
There ar nothing is possible then I will talk to my friend through mobile phones. Talking to our friends and telling the about the problem will also relax me.

Are you sharp in anger? Or you are able to control it?

No I will not sharp in anger. So that I will never take any decision while I am angry. Some times it may be correct but sometimes it is very rare. So that I don't take any decision on that time. This is only for me. Some peoples take decision at the time itself it may be correct or wrong they took the decision.

What are the main reasons that make you angry?

Sometime people will do mistake and Move on but if you found it and asked about it means they will start argument with us by telling us what they have do you be correct we are telling wrong like that they will argue so it will make me angry sometimes advising to me will be make angry there is a limit for advising. When they have cross the limit then I will get so much of angry

Give suggestions on how we can control our anger?

To control our angry we should accept what the other telling like if we do anything wrong we should accepted and tell them that I will change this from next time and I will don't repeat it again. If anybody makes are try to do angry you smile and leave the place.
