Health is essential in our life subject If we are our long. If we want to live, we must have good health. My health has been perfect this year. So let's get started. I will present how my treatment and I managed to maintain my physical health in 2022.

My medical history this year has been satisfactory, except for a few hiccups. I am eternally grateful to Allah that I have not had any significant problems this year. One problem I have every year is catching a cold very quickly. Because I have bad sinuses. My sinus problems are more common during the winter season. My sinuses flare up quickly in the winter, and I get infected. I visited the doctor last year and took medicine as per his instructions. Sinus is accompanied by mild fever, dry nose, and severe head, nose, mouth, and jaw pain. In this case, I take the medicines prescribed by the doctor and do not steam hot water with menthol. I am used to this problem. I don't have to go to the doctor so much. I have read more about the treatment of sinuses on various websites. And whenever I have this problem, I take action immediately.
Besides, I sometimes have gastric problems. And I have this problem more when I eat burnt food fried in a bit of oil. Then I take a gas tablet. But gas tablets are taken when there is a problem and not always. My health is good. Alhamdulillah.

I keep my body healthy in the following ways :
- I have increased health awareness a lot in 2022. Because I could see that my weight was increasing a little. Since I work, I only have time to work out. So I should change my diet. And start eating a healthy balanced diet. I lost weight slowly. Because nothing is better than fast. I started a balanced diet to adjust to my body. I lost about 11 kg in 5 months. Whereas before the diet, my weight was around 69 kg. I am still trying to establish a healthy weight and maintain this weight.
- Also, since I have occasional gastric problems, I have tried to eat as little soybean oil as possible this year. I avoided fried food. And ate more vegetables. To keep my body fit, I have taken less amount of carbohydrates.
- Since I also have sinus problems, I try as much as possible to live in an environment that does not cause sinus problems. Sinus occurs for a variety of reasons.
For example:
- Those who have allergy problems to dust.
- Sinus occurs in a damp environment.
- Those who have problems with lunch tend to have sinus problems. I tried to stay safe enough from such an environment. However, many times overwintering causes sinus problems.
- I have tried to eat protein and vitamin-rich food while increasing the body's immune system by eating many vegetables and fruits.
Wellness is a biological need in our lives. To stay healthy in life, we must follow a rule. If we make a good diet daily, we will not get any physical weakness. Because we must keep our bodies fit to do our daily work. Some of the ways are given below:
- We should take care that our food spoons and plates are hygienic.
- Clean, pure water should be drunk.
- The immune system of the body should be increased.
- Eat colorful vegetables. It contains many vitamins that help in boosting the body's immune system.
- Regular exercise should be done. You cannot keep yourself fit without exercise.
- Drinking lemon juice and honey mixed with hot water every morning gives the energy to work throughout the day and prevents diseases in the body.
- 7 hours of sleep per night is required for a mature adult.
