In this contest post we need to share our home made treatments or self medicated which I oftenly do at home so it is cup of my tea so before wasting a single minute lets begin this beautiful article:

1- Have you self-medicated at some point in your life? If the answer is yes, tell us why. (Talk about your experience)

Yes , I strongly believe in home made treatments and self medicated which is less expensive and may be long lasting so I do self medicated many times.

I was suffering from kidney stone from past many years and in starting I went to Allopathic doctors which did not work permanently in this disease so I thought why should I not go to home made treatments or self medicated ?

I had searched a lot of things and I came to know that there is homeopathy medicine which works magically in kidney stone and without thinking a twice, I went to medicine market and bought it and start consuming it . Slowly slowly it was working and I got relief .

I am also doing self medicating for my fissure problem at this time hope so I will get releif soon .

Along with this two major problems, I would like to use home made shampoos, Home made made face wash, Home made Hair gel, Home made face scrub , Home made body lotions which are very less expensive compare to market but works better.

2- Did someone tell you to take that or those medications? Does that person have medical knowledge?

Well I already searched homeopathy medicine for kidney stone and was consuming but one day I was sitting at my shop and one customer came to my shop and he saw my medicine and asked me that Are you suffering for Kidney stone?

I said yes but how do you know this? Then he replied that his father had suffered a lot in kidney stone and this is best medicine for this case but I need to avoid tomotto seeds, Lady's finger seeds , Brinjal seeds, Apple so this medicine will work fast and also I should consume for at least 3 months.

He did not have medical knowledge but he shared his personal experience and guided me properly how to consume and what to avoid during this self medicating.

For fissure problem, I had searched medicine on Google and YouTube and start consuming but Till now, I have not seen good progress let's see ... Homeopathy medicine takes some time to perform.

3- Why didn't you go to a health professional?

Well Answer is very simple due to bad financial condition. This time every treatment is very costly. Mostly doctors charge 1000 Indian Rs for OPD and start recall many times for check up & write costly medicine.

I know health is very important and sometimes I play with my health but what to do ..? From where do I get money for my treatment.

I am married and I have a lots of responsibility on my shoulder. When my wife and baby come down with any thing like fever , cough so I strongly tell them go to doctor and get medicine but when it comes to me I do self medicated due to lack of money.

4- How did it go with that medication? Can you tell us the name and what you used it for.

As I told I started to consume Homeopathy medicine for kidney stone so medicine is Belberis Vulgaris Q which I consumed 15 drops in 1/4 cup of warm water and took for 3 month's continuously. This medicine is best for any type of stone wheather it is in kidney or Gall bladder.

Sometimes I took Spasmoproxyvon capsules for pain. This is also good pain killer in stone pain.

5- Do you know the risks of self-medicating?

Well I don't think there is any risk of Homeopathy medicine and I didn't not have bad experience but before consuming any medicine, I do properly research in Google and YouTube that what is medicine is use for ? Pros and cons about medicine then I start to take.

But never take any aelopathic medicine without doctor prescription, It will be dangerous for you.

6- Do you think that self-medication is good or is it necessary to go to a professional in the area?

Well If you have money for treatment so I think go to doctor and get right treatment. I do self medicated because of lack of money .

If problem is small then surely you can try for self medicating but if you think it is not working so immediately should go to doctor because after checking in report, problem will be counter and you will get right medicine and work fast .
