Usually, the answer that is the most simple and rolls of your tongue is the best answer since that is essentially what the SAT English question wants from you. The answer that fits is the best answer. This is that kind of question where I found the simplest answer to be the correct answer.
This question is a little challenging but all you have to do is read through the entire passage and see whether adding this sentence adds to the purpose of the passage. I noticed that the entire passage focused on how Rosie is a symbol for all working women and that's why I thought that adding this sentence that focuses on other parts of the propaganda wasn't required in this passage.
