Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 67: My Views About The Upcoming Nigerian National Meetup

I’m extending my greetings to every member of @Steem4Nigeria community and every Nigerian on here. This contest makes me feel good because I’d love to share how I feel about the upcoming National Hive meetup.

What are meetups relative to steemit and have you ever attended a steemit group meetup?

Meetups ain’t just a way to meet people and have fun but a way to connect with people from different parts of Nigeria. Meetups is a way to connect, learn more about Steemit and as well use that as an opportunity to enlighten more people about what Steemit entails and how it works.

I’ve never attended any Steemit meetup before. I’m a newbie here trying to link up with so many people and learn more things on here. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend the upcoming Steemit meetup because of the far distance. Well, I’m sure more Steemit meetups will happen here in Lagos and I will be so glad to be there.

What Are Your Views About the Upcoming National Meetup in Nigeria? Is It Necessary?

I believe the upcoming meetup has a great potential and influence on every Nigerian on Steemit. I feel it is a good way to connect with people. Life doesn’t revolve round Steemit and on the long run, they can get to share other opportunities amongst each other which will even make the meetup make more sense.

I also feel that the upcoming meetup will serve as a way to celebrate our achievements on here. I feel there should also be a live video that other Nigerians on Steemit who can’t meet up with the event should be able to watch.
If we can’t be there live, we can always join online to be with you all.

Five Steemians I Would Love to Meet During the Nigerian National Meetup

I’m really grateful for this question. There are so many people I would love to meet on this platform. Since I’m a newbie, I aim at making more Steem power and that’s why I have some accounts that I look up to making sure that I follow their footsteps since I don’t have a direct mentor.

Dear lady, I think you must have noticed how well I tag you on almost all my posts. I saw your posts on Steemit and realized that you are quite new to the platform. I said to myself that if a newbie can achieve this, I can do that as well and that was when I registered.

The Steemit meetup is coming up and we all are happy about it especially me even though the far location won’t let me be there.
