Explain stress in your own words.

Stress is the state or situation of a person, which goes beyond the limits of his normal capacity or tolerance. Physical, mental and behavioural differences in a person are observed due to stress. Stress refers to crossing the power as much as I can control. Naturally, stress will come into our lives, but we must take care that it does not cross the limit.

What is the best way to handle stress?

Here are some ways to deal with stress:

  • Learn to say no to unnecessary things.
  • Have enough time to sleep.
  • Avoid loneliness and spend time with friends and relatives.
  • Love yourself and keep your needs within limits.
  • Daily tasks should be done according to plan and routine.
  • Do physical exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes every day.
  • Always think positively and eliminate negative thoughts.
  • If the pressure seems too much, consult a counsellor.

Have you been stressed up before? What caused it and what did you do.

Yes, I often feel stressed in daily life. Our life is full of challenges and adversities. So many times, we are pressured to take on many challenges. Whenever I get stressed or stressed, I try to give myself time. Moreover, the most important way I take is to share the matter with my family. As a result, I can recover from a lot of stress with the support of my family.

Do you think stress can solve these life challenges?

Yes, I think stress plays a role in solving our challenges. Because the more idle our brain is, the more laziness increases. We humans seek more happiness, so challenges are often ignored unless they create stress. Many times, we don't want to do a thing, but we do it under pressure. For example, a student studies less throughout the year but studies more due to exam stress before exams. But we have to take care that our pressure does not cross the limit. Because crossing the pressure limit will cause physical, mental and behavioural problems as opposed to solving them.

What advise can you give to someone that is under stress right now.

My advice would be for the person under pressure right now. First, give yourself time, rest and enough sleep. Secondly, to reduce stress, challenging plans and routines must be completed. Thirdly, do physical exercise, physical exercise reduces stress. Fourthly, he should share his problems with friends and relatives or seek advice from a counsellor Fifthly, the person should avoid the essentials and refrain from unnecessary demands.
