Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends how are you all? Hope you all are doing very well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am very well. Today I am going to share my daily activities in the form of a diary in "Steem4Nigeria" community. We can share the good activities of our life with you by writing a diary every day. And I can prevent myself from doing bad things. That's why I think we should write a diary every day. So let's start by sharing how I spent my day today.

Like everyday I woke up very early in the morning. Today I woke up at 7:20 in the morning. I brushed my teeth first and then I washed my hands and face to freshen up.I came to my room, put on my shoes and got ready.After that I have soaked chickpeas and two bananas for breakfast.Chinese almonds, peanuts, pistachios, almonds and cashews, along with three dates and raisins.

I eat these foods before exercising in the morning because the foods are very nutritious and rich in protein, which will meet my extra calorie and protein needs during exercise.I exercised for about two hours.After exercising, I returned home.I went to my room and studied for some time and after studying I took a bath and went to the mosque to offer Zuhr prayer and after finishing the prayer.

I came home and slept for some time because there is a lot of sun in the afternoon so I slept without going out and then I woke up in the afternoon. At 4:12 p.m.After waking up, I washed my hands and face, freshened up, went to the mosque to offer the Ador prayer and finished the prayer. I went to the field to enjoy the afternoon moments because I spend some time in the green nature every afternoon.

I love to spend some time it makes me feel good.When I went to the field, I saw a very beautiful flower. I was very happy to see the flower blooming. I took a photograph of the flower and noticed that the flower has a very beautiful fragrance. I saw some white ducks on the side of the road and in the field.

These kind of ducks like to eat green grass so I took a photograph of them and sat there enjoying the scenes of her eating grass. It was very nice to enjoy such scenes under the open sky in the afternoon. And as before.

I saw the farmer's economy a crop of paddy saved them from accumulation and left the paddy plants in the paddy field to dry in the sun I then went there and took several photographs and in the afternoon. The sky looked very nice. It was very nice to see white clouds in the middle of the blue sky.

I took several photographs and then I noticed that the sun was sinking in the western sky. And there is still some time left from dusk. Maghrib call to prayer was given in the mosque. I then went to the mosque and offered Maghrib prayer.After namaz I went straight home and turned on my.

laptop and watched a movie on YouTube and then I did some work and then I had dinner.And after having dinner I went to my bedroom and tried to sleep as fast as possible.
