I am thrilled to take part in this exciting contest titled "My Choice: Cold, Warm, or Hot Water?" and would like to thank @eveetim for having arranged such an exciting theme. The liquid that is most essential in one’s life is water, and the most common use for it is taking a shower or a bath, but we cannot rule out the fact that it has several other uses in our everyday life. It is so exciting addressing preferences and why one would prefer cold, warm or hot water and cannot wait to share what I find best. Let's get started!

Application my basic need, for bathing I select warm water because it fits my desires and life regimen. I believe it offers exactly what I’m looking for: somewhere I can kick back and recharge if I don’t feel like going out, or to calm my nerves after a hard day at work. Cold water baths are something that I only use whenever am extremely hot that I feel like I need the shower.
For me, water should either be at room temperature or preferably slightly warm, when it comes to drinking. This is what I use all day, maybe in the morning, to replenish my body system so as to be healthy.

I opt for warm water for both bathing and drinking because some reasons that I consider are relate to my comfort and health.
Warm water is ideal for bathing it makes me comfortable and also helps me ease the body stress in case of a tiring or busy day. It also enhances the blood supply thus acts as a tension relieves, well-proven way of getting rid of all the physical stress. It also makes the pores on my skin open up due to the warm temperature as I get cleaned making me feel fresh. As for the cold water baths, they are rather discouraging to the skin, it may feel an electrical shock if done in the morning or during the chilly weather; I only use cold water baths when it is extremely hot.
However, I drink water at room temperature or slightly warm water because warm water is easier for digestion. Though making a beverage, cold water is invigorating, it can be severely rough on the tummy and sometimes it takes almost an hour to digest the consumed food after drinking it. As for the water temperature it is necessary to state that warm water is especially good for digestion and metabolism. I find it to be more comfortable on my throat causing me to take one glass of warm water in the morning after waking up and my body feels moister. But it also coincides with some of the health attributes I came across like stimulation of blood flow and expulsion of toxins. The last benefit of warm water in both bathing and drinking is that it gives me the feeling of being balanced, so I choose it.

The decision to take warm water as bath water and for drinking has been very helpful to me in particularly. In a case of taking a bath, taking warm water makes me feel relaxed after a day’s work. It helps a lot in relaxing my muscles and increases the level of blood flow and when I am done I always feel more rejuvenated than before. I also want to note that warm showers improve skin health in every way because the pores are opened to provide deep cleaning.
I can now say that for drinking, choosing warm or water at room temperature has had helped on the digestion. It is much more comfortable when I am a little gassy and after eating I feel less puffed up. Taking warm water in the morning also helps in breaking down my metabolic rate and I feel more refreshed and wetted up for the day. It is a very small habit that has made a lot of impact on enhancing my general well being and water intake.
I think the same approach would be helpful to others too. It is easy on the skin and internal organs, helps digest food, energizes the blood production process, and promotes rest. Despite its seeming insignificance, it’s an approach that can significantly improve physical and mental health.

Ahora bien, para tomar siempre he escuchado que lo recomendable es temperatura ambiente y aunque en mi caso es la que más me gusta, de vez en cuando hace falta la fría jajaja.
