Hello everyone, how are you doing? , I hope you all have been doing great, I welcome you once again to my blog and as well welcome you to the Steem4Niigeria community.

I would be dropping my entry in the Creative contest theme: It is better to be late than to be late.

A lot has been happening around us, we have seen people do ridiculous things just because they want to meet up with their peers, and we have seen many instances where people go astray in an unlawful manner just because they want to live the big life and chill with the big boys and live up to their fantasies.

The Character in this story goes by the name Chado, Chado is a responsible young man when he was a boy, he had a great intellectual capacity, jovial, and was well loved by most people in the society.

Chado aced his O'level result, aced his jamb, then got admitted into the university, getting into the University, the boy met some friends from different backgrounds in his college, met the rich ones, met the politician kids, but Chado is from an average Nigerian home with just enough to feed his mouth and not live the luxurious life as his friends do.

This got him thinking most times, whenever he sees his friends living big, making a big purchase of cloth and items, lest, Chado has forgotten that he is not from a rich home, he got depressed sometimes because of his friend's lifestyle and feels left behind.

Then all of a sudden, he feels the need to change his story, and he so badly wanted to feel among, despite that he is not willing to work hard for it, then he begins his journey to look for wealth while still in school with no skills.

There came a holiday when Chado was home, he met a friend from his neighborhood, then this guy introduce him to the Scamming network, and he had told him they could easily make money by scamming people online and he fell into it so easily as he was looking for all means to get money, which afterward, all his motive is to be able to impress his rich kid's friends, and he as well wants to feel among by all means.

The Holiday ends, and Chado is already a big boy living big with designer wears and shoes, all his friends hale him and he sure as well loves the attention, this encourages him to continue in the habit of scamming people and making fraudulent money.

There comes a time of a sudden, this stops and he was unable to get people to scam off the internet any longer, he went back to his friend, then this friend told him "he had to up his game", which in this case, he went to a voodoo man to make him wealthy in his Fraud business, then the Vodoo man told him that if he wishes to continue making more money, he has to be willing to sacrifice that when he is 40 years of age, he shall be deceased, but this came as a hard choice to Chado, and as well, he would love to keep making money, then after some contemplation, Chado agreed to the Vodoo man choice and he continues making money.

Then some years later, Chado was already 25 years of age, and he had acquired all of his luxuries and fantasies, but the thought that he would die at the age of 40 hunt him day to day, and he is no longer happy with his acquired wealth, then he feels so terrible and he had wish he had stayed in the light and he could have been more patient, and not agreed to the Vodoo man deal, 3 years later, Chado went into total depression and not even a single strand on the planet makes him feel happy anymore, afterwards, he gives up and committed suicide due to his unhappiness hunting him from time to time.

Moral Of the Stroy:

life comes at you so fast, happiness is not from what we see but from what we choose to be happy from, there are people with little and who are much happy and comfortable with their life, and there are as well many with a lot, yet they are not happy and live most of their lives miserable.

We spend most of our lives looking for money, some go astray, then afterward, after acquiring all they needed, life becomes meaningless and unbearable for them, and they no longer find happiness for the rest of their lives.

The character Chado has his mind in full thought of impressing his friends who are not totally impressed at all, they all came from different lifestyles, which means what he thought of impression on them, does not move them a bit, yet he spent his life living up to validation and end up looking for money in an unmannered way.

What we should all pick from this story is that life is not always about impression, responsibilities are all that matters, and mostly, people don't really care as much as we think, every man would surely be accountable for his action, which means, we should be wary of what we choose to do, and we should always believe in the process, life is up and down, people could get lucky, and for the unlucky ones, you have to keep trying and not succumb to life irrelevancy.

Thank you everyone for reading up, I hope I was able to make an impression on you in this story, and as well hoped we have all learned one thing or the other from the Chado Story, I hereby invite @jueco, and @olabillions to participate in this contest.
